Why is it we do not have a Joan of Arc of today?

Question by Tiny: Why is it we never have a Joan of Arc of nowadays?
I’ve examine from so many information posts that exhibits folks allegedly listening to Mother Mary or God or Jesus, but we will not just take them seriously. ( I am not expressing we must or we shouldn’t) But was Joan of Arc a fake, was she just yet another a single of those individuals that the medieval folks took significantly for her “gifts”? The medieval people possibly didn’t know if Joan of Arc was true or not, but why is it we will not consider the folks of today who states they have the same “gift”?
