    We got this for our upcoming Disney Cruise. Since so many costumes tend to be thick, I got this because I read a review mentioning it’s made out of thin material. We have not used it yet but my son tried it on real quick. Material is indeed thin and feels very cheaply made. It’ll do for our pirate night on the cruise.
    He is a tall 6 year old, we got a size 8 and that fit perfectly.

    Excellent conditions and not too hot like other pirates costume. It was extremely hot in south florida for Halloween, so this worked out perfect. The material is thin so if you live in a cold climate maybe you should go with another one, but well made, made it through the wash machine twice without a problem. The hat is kind of crappy and doesnt stay on right but the outfit itself its great.

    Nice light weight costume to wear in Disney World Florida in August. Just what we wanted. My son is 6.. size 3T waist. We bought size 8-10 so he can grow into it and by some miracle the waist fits him and the whole costume fits and does not look ridiculous (as far as being too big its not..he has room to grow though for sure) I would say if your child is fat or on more stocky size the pants may not be the best. I LOVE that the belt ties on his waist as my son is super thin. He loved it.
