I have a Sprint Katana Cell Phone. We do not have a plan with internet access or picture mail capabilities. We had heard that you could use a blue tooth to get the pictures off the camera and on to our computer. One was purchased, but the pictures on the phone wouldn’t show up with the option to transfer them onto the computer. All my contacts in my cell phone showed up, but that was about it. Any ideas?

My mom had to buy a memory chip that she could ut into the computer to get her pics from her phone to her computer…

My aunt has that phone and there’s no way to bluetooth ANYTHING to one another… She’s with sprint and the company itself has made it to where you can’t do “file sharing” including pictures and songs… I believe verizon is the same way… I have AT&T and U.S Cellular and you’re able to bluetooth from phone to phone and computer to phone… Sorry…Wish you good luck!
Get a USB cable and transfer the pictures from the phone to the computer using the cable.
I have no clue since you dont have picture text messages that you can send to your email.. ? sorry plus you need to get on the right network sprint sucks ass…. head over to over to verizon…. peace
