PROs:
1) It’s complete. Contains pants, shirt, headband. Many require you to find/buy pants. Only thing missing are boot-toppers/boots (I wore it with some beat up sandles, as I am in south florida and it was HOT Halloween night)
2) It’s comfortable. All the materials are light-weight and soft. Easily able to be worn for a full day if you were party-hopping
3) Overall, it looks really good
4) It was a great value at $21. I don’t know if I would have gone for it at the almost $40 price it got to the week before Halloween, but at $21, it was a steal.
CONs:
1) The sash and 2 belts are not separate items. They are sewn onto the shirt. They are also the cheapest part of the entire outfit. I reduced a star for this, as the belts really added nothing except for something to constantly have to re-tighten (since they’re cheap, they will loosen every 5-10 minutes).
2) It’s not the best stitching job/high quality materials you’ll find. But at $21, it’s really a non-issue for me.
A note: For a good idea of sizing….I’m 6 ft tall, 185lb, and the XL was correct fitting for me. I don’t know if the Large would have worked very well on me. That being said, if you’re over 6’2 or 220lb, this outfit might not be the best choice for good fitment.
Overall, it was a great, inexpensive outfit for Halloween that I’ll keep for potential future use
