A number of wonderful medieval clothing photos I discovered:

we had dinner ‘u sedmi švábů’ (at the seven swabians), a medieval pub close prague castle. we arrived at 9, due to the fact we very first went to another medieval restaurant, which was entirely booked (we went there on sunday and the environment was far a lot less good than in u sedmi švábů). this restaurant was great: it was a dim, candle-lit area with hop hanging on the ceiling, a wild boar hanging on the wall (see pic), medieval songs, and waiters and waitresses dressed in medieval clothing. we shared our table with four germans, who just arrived in 10 minutes later on than we did. it took a actually extended time just before they obtained their foods, and they ended up hungrily seeking and speaking about our food, so i almost needed to offer them my garlic bread, but in the end we figured out that they only went there for some drinks!
anyway, we had a very good meal, there were even some vegeterian alternatives, which is quite challenging to uncover in the czech republic. i had potatoe pancakes, some greens, and garlic bread. they also served hot mead (a much more herby and sturdy model than the ones i generally drink), and a mead pear cocktail. excellent!
